Jakob Hwang

September 11, 2000 - June 11, 2018

Jakob had an amazingly cheerful smile and always knew how to make people laugh. He was thankful, humble, wise beyond his years, and a true blessing to all that knew him. Jakob loved playing soccer for the Elyria Catholic Panthers where he was a "legendary" goalie. He had an impressive collection of sneakers he took pride in keeping neat and organized. He cherished animals, including his dogs, Elmo & Grover, and enjoyed visiting the Cleveland Zoo. Jakob loved cooking new recipes for his family. He had complete trust in God's plan and never lost faith in his journey.
