Louie Lentine

January 29, 1987 - May 13, 1999

Louie's amazing gift of humor and wit was way beyond his 12 years of age. He had fun telling jokes, playing cards, and word search puzzles. He loved Cheez-its, Arby's curly fries, Corbo's lemon ice, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Family was everything to him, especially when confronted with medical procedures. He found peace and comfort in knowing he was surrounded by people who loved him. But no one was more special to him than his little sister, Sara. He lovingly referred to her as his "adorable sister ." That statement would always get an "awhhh" reaction, with which he would immediately reply,  "well, just look at her...she's adorable!"

Through the grace of God, Louie taught us so much about what truly matters and what is really important. He shared a special enthusiasm, joy and positivity that is deeply missed. We are surrounded by constant reminders of his young life and we continue to learn from his example. His life was a blessing to all of
